Exclusions List
At Michael’s Cleaning, we strive to provide comprehensive cleaning services tailored to your needs. However, for clarity and to set proper expectations, the following items and services are not included in our standard cleaning packages:
1. Hazardous Materials Or Injections
- Handling or removal of biohazards, including human/animal waste, blood, or bodily fluids.
2. Structural Repairs and Damage
- Repairing walls, ceilings, or any other structural damage.
- Patch up Paints, Holes or any carpet repairs.
- Removal of deep stains on walls or permanent marker/paint or scratch marks.
- Repairing broken fixtures, appliances, or furniture.
3. Outdoor Areas
- Cleaning exterior windows (unless specified with additional cost).
- Cleaning gutters, roofs, or any exterior building surfaces.
- Landscaping services (mowing lawns, trimming hedges, etc.).
4. High-Risk Areas
- Cleaning or organizing attics, basements, crawl spaces, or other high-risk, difficult-to-access areas or second-story outside windows.
5. Heavily Soiled Items
- Cleaning items or areas with excessive clutter, hoarding, or severe neglect (unless arranged prior with additional charges).
6. Appliances
- Cleaning inside fridges, freezers, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines or dryers unless part of an agreed package. It can be cleaned with an additional cost on the day.
7. Special Materials and Surfaces
- Polishing of antique or delicate furniture.
- Cleaning of valuable artworks, sculptures, or items with special care requirements.
8. Pest Control
- Removal of insects, rodents, or any pest infestation.
9. High Windows or Areas Requiring Specialized Equipment
- Windows or surfaces higher than two stories or requiring specialized lifts or ladders.
10. Heavy Lifting
- Moving or lifting furniture or items over 25 kg.
11. Stain Removal
- We do not guarantee the removal of any stains from carpets, benchtops, or sinks.
12. Cleaning dishes or emptying the fridge
Our service does not include food disposal, cleaning of cutlery, or dishwashing
